I’m not sure why I started this thread

I’ve cracked the smoking but I’m so pissed odd about some of the food I like being filled with sweetners. I’ve opened up old wounds for me. Is sugar as bad as cigarettes??? I feel aggrieved that the sprite of my needing sugar and boost days is long gone, microwave popcorn is shit now and orange squash just doesn’t taste like it used to...

Also sorry for all my typos. I dint really comment much on here, only when I’ve had a wine and OH fallen asleep...
