Away with friends for the weekend. DH started on the scotch before dinner (always bad news)

After dinner, he was being drunk and stupid, grabbing my neck and pulling me to kiss him. Then i would kiss him and he's say "urgh, too much teeth" (it was just a quick peck on the lips)

All quite annoying and a bit embarrassing so I then went to clear the table at which point he starts having a real go at me, saying he was just trying to be affectionate, and I needed to have a good look at myself, not to put this on him etc

It was all quite out of the blue and I felt it was quite aggressive so I was quite upset and tearful after, and resigned myself to bed as have been crying

I can hear him telling my friend downstairs that I was out of order (she was sticking up for me). But I don't think I've done anything wrong?!

All seems silly and unnecessary as I write this but I feel he was quite nasty to me and now is blaming me for getting upset. Aibu?

Nasty to you, and made a scene in front of everyone and ruined the evening.

He needs telling what's what, and I hope your friends do part of the telling.

He sounds like a complete weirdo, drunk or not.

Good on your mate for sticking up for you- not everyone would do that. She sounds like a good 'un, and anyone else who was looking out for you. You'll need people like this, don't let him isolate you from them.
