Just that really - I have a prescription but haven’t started it yet as keep reading the side affects list and it scares me a little - would love to hear other people’s experience

DH was a heavy smoker for 50 years from the age of 9. He had tried the zyban tablets, patches, lozenges and none of them stuck, but he tried Champix last year and after the first week of taking them had his last cigarette and stopped, and said it was really easy. He has been smoke free for 6 months now and won't go back to them, in fact he is a fervent objector to anyone smoking because he hates the smell.

I stopped with champix, couldn't have done it without them to be honest. So glad I did it now, I never thought I'd be able to stop because I really loved smoking but they really really helped.

If you are on two a day make sure you take them at the same time every day as I suffered with headaches if I took them at different times

I tried it but just couldn’t deal with the nausea. I know loads of folk who have had no issues though, so please don’t be put off. I’m currently trying the vapes.
