So I'll start off my sons not been perfect.. By a long shot. However he has drastically improved. He just used to be a magnet for finding himself wherever there was trouble.
Lots of. Meetings at school been better
Since Xmas a particular lad goes sout of his way to target DS and other lads. Basically whoever is nearest.. May that be name calling, trip up or a punch.
The b last two days he's targeted and fought 4 lads.. The latest being my DS.
Spoke to school, he's been excluded. For ONE day. Despite giving my DS a fat nose and bruised it.
I asked them to look at cctv. The lad went to punch my DS. DS shoved him back in self defence ( they said was done appropriately) and the lad attacked him..

I had no call regarding this which happened at lunch. DS missed lunch as was in medical. I got a call from. DS after school. In which I then rang his head of year. Who confirmed DS was picked on

Now this is the umpteenth time similar has happened whether verbal or physical. DS used to retaliate but has managed to refrain for a while and follow school policy ( Altho he feels a grass)

Now I'm sick of it and do has said. To ring 101 as the lad isn't too young to be spoken to but I don't know what to do anymore

How old are they? If over 10 he isn't too young to be formally cautioned. If over age of criminal responsibility I would definitely call 101.
