To ask if you always finish a book you start?

I love to read, and want to read more than I think I can get through in this lifetime. Therefore, if I'm really not enjoying something, I stop and move on.

I'm just curious to find out if many others do the same thing or if I deserve to go to a literary prison alone for this sin.

I often give up on books that I'm not enjoying. I google the synopsis to find out what happens so I still get a sense of closure!

I love to read, it's a compulsion, and I usually finish everything that I start. The ditchers are few and far between but:

Elizabeth Wurtzel is really really boring and self-absorbed, and I just can't finish anything she writes.

A comedian (? I think he was) Rob Newman years ago wrote a book, I just. couldn't. get. to. the. end. T'was dire.
