To try St John's Wort rather than going to GP?

I'm a healthcare professional so am paranoid about going to GP with anything mental health related.

After the week from hell however, I feel totally flat. Melancholy and like I just can't be arsed with anything anymore.

I've read St. John's wort has excellent reviews and I've ordered a pack to be delivered today. AIBU to expect hippy tablets to actually work? Are they a placebo?

SJW made me extremely anxious and quite volatile.
And it happened very quickly.
Try a really good Vit B complex.
Better still, see your GP.

I really, really recommend CBD oil. I was very close to going the GP and asking for medictation. Decided to give CBD oil a go (Love Dutch) and feel 100 times better

Herbal remedies are not placebos and contain some powerful active ingredients. There are lots of contraindications with SJW.

Natural does not mean safe.
