To think frozen stir fry vegetables are better than sliced bread?

I can't get enough of it! So cheap to buy, lots of different veg, no waste and cooked in a few minutes.
Best thing ever as I hate cold salad but this stuff is delicious, even without any sauces.

Frozen cauliflower cheese works out the same price as making it from scratch.

Really? Surely the whole point of the way you cook a stir fry is on a very high heat (in a roomy wok) so that the veg retain their bite and colour etc rather than stewing. I'd have thought that putting icy veg in would make your stir fry wet and limp. No?

I like to have few frozen veg in the freezer. It's a great time saver and can add few extra to a dish without any effort.

I make a really easy stew in the slow cooker using a frozen stew veg pack, frozen diced chicken and aunt Bessie's dumplings. Whack it all in with a packet sauce mix before I go to work. Job done!
