The Radfords would have 22 votes. Not entirely sure how they outweigh my Professor of Economics father by 21 votes.

Big fat NO

Should young peoples votes count more than old people’s?
Do people with grown up kids get more votes than people who never had kids, even though the kids in question can now vote for themselves?

No.

CantSleepClownsWillEatMe · 23/01/2018 18:37

Rubbish. Maybe we could start with people using the actual vote they already have rather than dishing out extra ones!

Do younger people get more votes because they have more years left to live with the consequence (statistically) than older people?
Do highly educated people get more votes?
Should people only be allowed to vote if they prove they base their decision on facts and not on lies from candidates/parties?

I did hear this proposed more than once in the wake of the EU referendum!

Because people without children are not marginalised enough by politicians with their non stop 'hard working' families talk Hmm

Very heartened to hear this mad idea getting laughed out of the room by everyone on the radio this morning
