I feel like shite. I'm waiting to be called back by OOH, it's my birthday tomorrow and I think I have some horrible chest infection. My dog is asleep on my feet and generally makes my life so much better ❤️ so can I ask for you to bombard this thread with photos of your pet? A baby photo and the most recent?

My Heinz 57 has changed quite a bit! He's a proper mongrel with a border x jack Russel for a dad and whippet x border terrier for a Mum (called DaveHmm)

The most recent photo is when he stole a pig from pets at home without me noticing until we got to the car and we had to go back and pay.. he's decided its his favourite thing in the world and sleeps on it now

He's a shit off the lead and won't come back if he sees something with a shadow but he's my dog and he's amazing.

Please cheer me up with tales of things your pet does and photos of them

Not first and last photos, but these are my cats. The one sitting on the printer is Gideon and he is enormous - he weighs a stone, and I have managed to lose a Gideon in weight since October and plan to lose another two Gideons in weight by April! When not sitting on my printer, Gideon enjoys opening doors and drawers, searching for food and plastic, which he loves to eat for some bizarre reason!

The black and white cat is Jeffrey, and he enjoys doing yoga. He has moved in with my next door neighbour, where he has his own bed in her utility room, but he does visit me every other day or so.

The two in the box are kittens I adopted from Cats Protection last summer, and they enjoy climbing trees in the garden and trashing my house.

I hope you feel better soon, and that cats and kittens help!

Happy birthday 4 tmw! Love the pics. Naughty boy getting himself a pig Smile

I couldn't find a kitten pic of my girl but here she is on her 16th birthday 3 days ago. She's a total sweetie and follows me everywhere. Once i was lying back in the bath relaxing with my eyes closed. I heard a lapping sound, looked round and she was lapping the bath water. I reckon that's true love!

My beautiful, grumpy, loyal cat, 7 years ago and last week. She’s coping very well with the arrival of the new baby - even if she does think he’s a horrible squawky nightmare!

This is Janie. She’s 4, a retired breeder who joined our crew 6 weeks ago. She is the sweetest cuddliest dog!

Molly at 14 weeks, and now at almost 4 years. Love her to bits, she makes us laugh every day and generally makes life a little better.
A good girl most of the time, she does suffer from selective deafness if she finds something more interesting to do. Cheese usually cures itGrin

These are so beautiful.

LaBelleSausage · 20/01/2018 08:10

First, ten days old when we first met her as a puppy.
Last, not a great picture of her, but a lovely moment snuggling up with her, me and my 5 week old baby son.
I’ve thrown in my favourite photo of her for good measure.
