He will chop chicken on a chopping board, give it a cursory wipe with the kitchen sponge then use it to make sandwiches on.
Yesterday he cooked chicken for tea and he put the chicken packet in the sink with loads of other washing - he was going to wah it and then recycle it. I told him he'd just put loads of chicken germs all over the sink and wtf was he thinking?? He says he does that all the time. 
Is it just me, or is that completely incompetent?? And dangerous?? It makes me feel I can't trust him to do anything in the kitchen.
