to ask how on earth you use the Primark website?

I'm trying to buy some jeans off the Primark website and there is no "buy" button, nor a "customise" button to see if they have my size, nor anything else! Is there a way around this? Please help me, kind MNetters!

As others have said, you cant buy on their website. It just displays some of their latest ranges. I like the look of Primark jeans but they never seem to do my leg length (34ins)?! New Look and Asos are my go to for jeans.

I think it's quite clever of them. If I pop into primark for a pair of jeans I end up with pants for everyone, socks, a bikini and 300 other bits I don't need.

Online I would just but the jeans

I doubt they’re missing a trick I’m sure they’ve thought of having an ecommerce website but decided against it for their own strategic reasons.

As pp mentioned...when you just pop in to primark:

It’s a cost imperative.primark margins are so tight it’s not worth offering online retail
If they were online they’d have to organise delivery, returns,courier
It’s not financially viable for them

Same as b&m there website is for browsing only.

It's so annoying not being online or having one near me
Means a trip there involves the whole family coz it's too far to take back.

Means i miss out on loads of their stuff I see and want coz I just can't get there.
Tbh Primark and Poundland are the only shops I'll actively seek out.

That's me told! I do see what you all mean about the USP though.
