A publicist can try and do anything they want until they are blue in the face, how people behave on chat shows and awards ceremonies is out of their control if the celeb won’t listen to them....even if the publicist is standing ten metres away cringing....

I liked him until he did a Robert De Niro impression in front of Robert DeNiro Tom thought he was hilarious Bob not so much Graham Norton did that uncomfy laugh then gulped wine And then there was the Taylor swift nonsense

I just watched the trailer to that ofshoes. He looks much sexier in character.

Maybe it's his own hair that's the problem? The gelled comb-back just makes him look like a moderately anaemic Maths teacher- not least when paired with a tucked in denim shirt.

He needs a beard, or long hair, or summat. He doesn't have the right face for the clean shaven look.

YANBU. He's lovely. Particularly as Loki, who really just needs lots of hugs and love.

I vaguely know about the Taylor Swift stuff but pay no attention to that sort of thing so it can't change my view of him - and besides, it has nothing to do with Loki.

I read that interview. Sounds endearing as if he has no idea what to say.

He isn't scripted like many other actors.

I just think he has no real filter. Am a bit like that myself, so can sympathise. But I'm not nearly as good looking in a $5,000 Prada suit, sadly.

It’s weird because I too find him very appealing as certain characters - he was divine as Jonathan Pine in The Night Manager but as himself I find him really cringy. Like a previous poster I am also in total lust with Tommy Shelby but find Cillian Murphy pretty odd looking tbh.
