I have a pack of chicken breasts, am about to pop to the shops and I KNOW my head will just go blank the moment I walk through the door and see the masses. Please take pity on me

I need some inspiration. Hit me with your best shot!

No help from me here as I'm doing vegan January so it's roasted spiced cauliflower, onion bhaji and tandoori smoked tofu. And a vegan ginger and chocolate steamed pud with soy custard.

PumpkinPie2016 · 06/01/2018 14:26

We are having the hairy bikers jalfrezi Grin

PinkHeart5914 · 06/01/2018 14:28

Chrisinthemorning · 06/01/2018 14:32

Mexican pulled brisket done in my new pressure cooker, with taco wraps, Mexican beans, salsa and guacamole.
Really looking forward to it

coastalchick · 06/01/2018 14:35

stuff the chicken with some red pesto, wrap it in parma ham and bake. 10 mins before it's due out the oven, top each breast with a slice of tallegio cheese which will melt and be amazing. I serve with new potatoes which have been roasted in sweet chilli sauce (lardy but nice as fuck)

coastalchick · 06/01/2018 14:35

tonight I'm trying to Tom Kerridge healthy lasagne with courgettes replacing the pasta

Curlyshabtree · 06/01/2018 14:36

Gonna make a tagine zitoune, a tagine made with chicken thighs, carrots and green olives. Dead easy. The one dish from DH country I can cook with confidence.
Have also made a lemongrass, coconut and butternut squash soup to take to work for lunch next week, made some spiced lamb burgers and cooked up a load of mince. Now going to make cheese and onion pasties for kids packed lunch next week. Also want to try and make some lentil and courgette fritters but think I’ll leave them for tomorrow.

Chicken nasi goreng. It's a Slimming World recipe I've not tried before. I had slimming World ginger beef noodles last week and they were lush. They do take a bit of faff to cook, however.

Coffeeandcrochet · 06/01/2018 14:42

We're having veggie curry, dhal and roti, but that doesn't help with your chicken!

MrsHathaway · 06/01/2018 14:42

Frozen pizza. Not my choice and I won't be eating any.

Tomorrow roast dinner. More like it!

MrsHathaway · 06/01/2018 14:43

If I had chicken breasts to use up then it would be Thai green curry.

Mischa123 · 06/01/2018 14:44

We are having macaroni cheese because my DP doesn't like it and is away!

FranksBobot · 06/01/2018 14:45

Hunters chicken with rice for us. Quick and easy.

AuntieMay · 06/01/2018 14:45

Not much help for you but we are having Jamie Oliver's beef stew and dumplings with mash and green beans

jaseyraex · 06/01/2018 14:46

I'm doing chicken burgers tonight. A plain lemony one for the kids and Peri Peri ones for me and DH. Served with some chunky homemade wedges and a salad. Just flatten out your chicken breasts and marinade them a bit, chuck in the oven or grill and job done!

HelloCanYouHearMe · 06/01/2018 14:51

Squid linguine tonight and slow cooked lamb shank for tomorrow

Tisfortired · 06/01/2018 14:52

Tonight is sausage and mash with sticky onion gravy.

I have also made a huge roasted veg lasagna for a quick meal after work next week.

AbbieLexie · 06/01/2018 14:54
