To think my son is destined to be...

A vandal.

Not only is his only pleasure in life emptying out every tub and drawer and box, but i've also had to watch Twirly Woo's twice because the cbeebies-vandals were squirting paint everywhere and it was the funniest thing he had ever seen.

He's 2.5 years. This is mostly lighthearted.

His love of chaos is not.

Oh - he's obviously destined to be a modern artist - think Tracy Emin or Jackson Pollock.

My 7 yr old is destined to be the next David Attenborough - he can tell you the latin names of all the fish in all 3 tanks (as well as their names - Kevin, Sparkles etc)

See David A or Uncle David as he is known in our house is inspirational. Modern art is crap. At least 'll be rich I suppose

My DD is destined to be a very prime teacher. And a smart ass.

I used to think my DS would be a car park attendant, he used to spend hours sorting out his cars in car parks in the hall and charging them money for parking. He has a Maths degree and works in a pharmacy.

SleepingStandingUp · 03/01/2018 19:06

Hahah love that h charged them!

No you just can’t tell. One of mine wore frilly petticoats, spent his first year watching the laundry go around in the washing machine for pleasure and loved dancing. He also liked washing up and colouring the wallpaper with great scrawls of wax crayons. We had him down for something artistic but he settled on becoming a rugby playing army officer.
Other lad was really roughty toughty. Wrestled everything and everyone. Really physically active. Covered in bumps and bruises. Wore shorts and tshirts no coat all year round. We had him down to be a PE teacher or something outdoors and physical. He’s a research scientist doing a PhD now and a more placid, non macho adult who takes great joy in cooking and sedentary activities is unimaginable.

Have you saved any of those petticoat photos for his army mates??
