Please help me find a contraception I can go on.

I need a form of contraception.
It's not as simple as picking one unfortunately 😂 I have many health issues which prevents me having most forms, I've been looking online and everything I check I can't use. Ideally wanted the implant.

I've had blood clots, mini stroke and have a primary biliary cholangitis (liver disease) which seem to be the main conditions that hormonal contraception doesn't agree with
as well as lupus.
So I'm stumped on what I can have.

I can't have the copper coil as I've endometriosis and mirena coil has hormones in.

Does anyone please have some ideas?
I don't want any more children yet!

I used a diaphragm for 25 years - easy and reliable- but v hard to get hold of now Sad Our pharmacist had to order them in specially and they were always American!

I've got endometriosis and a copper coil - never heard that you couldn't have them together!

I have had bad periods since getting the coil but put that down to having DS1 in January...

I had heavy periods, had copper coil fitted. No heavier but maybe a day longer. Am on my second copper coil now as I like it so much!

I have endometriosis too and had the mirena coil for 18 months but demanded it be taken out after I had a flood on holiday despite being on the pill as well (to stop my cycle as I had a cyst growing) I was then given evra patches which have been fab for me. They're like nicotine patches and all you need to do is replace it once a week, then leave it off for 1 week to have a period (once every 6 weeks for me).

I have non hormonal copper coil. Periods eventually sort themselves out.
