My babysitter has novo virus!

We jave spent a fortune on tickets and are ready to go out out but now the babysitter has called in sick.
The dcs are all in bed and she only has to be here surely she should be fine?
At home she will be all alone, here she will have the goat for company!

Mine was shockingly unexpected.

I was right as rain then started puking without warning which was u fortunate given that I was in the car park of a preschool with one child under my arm.

You'll be fine in a pc space. You're only popping in quickly. And they're a courtesy anyway, nothing illegal in parking there without a child in the car. Or a carseat for that matter.

Just park in a disabled space. Also use the men's and women's toilets if you're caught short and self declare yourself to be both genders. After all, you're a full time mum who also works full time.

If she actually does have norovirus, there's no way she would be competent to babysit. You have to practically live in the bathroom for 24 hours with it.

I've just had five horrendous days of sickness and diarrhoea with this shitty virus.

It's truly awful. No wonder she doesn't want to be in a strange house puking and pooing all night long.

Your babysitter is poorly with norovirus - I'm sure she hasn't done it on purpose to upset your plans !!

Why would you want---- somebody with norovirus babysitting your DC anyway? They may be asleep when you leave but they could wake up.
