WHY?
Did they do no market research?

Asda has a nice online interface. But the delivery people are a bit crap and you get weird substitutions. Seem to be the cheapest online option though.

Yeah Tesco’s favourites system is weird. I can be on the site in mid June and it’ll be suggesting turkeys and Xmas items that aren’t even available anymore.

Asda are cheapest and the food is good - but the substitutions are a pain and the only way to resolve them is with a call centre in who-knows-where where they can't hear you and then drop the call and then you have to ring again... So I no longer use them. Which is a shame, as the rest of it is good - if they just worked out the substitution thing I'd go back to them.

Can someone (more technically able than me) forward this thread to Tesco via another social media source? If that’s even possible?
It would do them good to see how many unhappy online customers they have!

Hate their new website. Old one much easier to use.

I was ranting this exact rant earlier today Hmm

Once, when the site was newly bollocksed up, an online How Did We Do pop up appeared. WHERE'S MY LISTS I said. They must know.

And every time I amend an order, I click the Change Payment rather than Confirm Payment, because they are the wrong way round.
