To *not* report boss

I work for a small company with 4 staff. I'm the only woman. It's an easy job that pays well and fits around the kids. There are two bosses.

One of the bosses is racist and misogynistic. I have literally left work drained by how awful he is. I'm white, he's white, therefore I think he thinks I shouldn't have an opinion when he states "all black men are rapists", or "I wouldn't leave you alone with a P/N word".
He also refers to women as "it" and constantly tells me how I'm doing my job wrong, it's really not that hard, he doesn't even bother veiling threats to my job, but because all this is said with a smile he gets away with it. AND IT IS CONSTANT.

Unfortunately he is an institution here, he refuses to train me so I can't replace him. He behaved similarly to the other supervisor too.

The other supervisor is really kind but is in the same boat because if either of us speak up we would lose our jobs. I have already said I will not be staying here with it, I just need to get my house in order, but AIBU for not saying anything?

How do I survive the next six months?

Look for another job.

PleaseDoTellMeAgain · 18/12/2017 12:50

That's not possible right now. I can't afford a drop in wages and my situation is inflexible.

Trust me, if I could leave I would.

Well, if your situation is inflexible, there’s nothing else you can do but put up with it.

I've been in a similar situation - I resorted to office based asymmetric warfare. Nothing dangerous but there's plenty you can do to put a crimp in their day. It will also give you something to concentrate on whilst you are plotting your escape.

PleaseDoTellMeAgain · 18/12/2017 13:15

Haha! This is essentially what I'm doing now. Along with noting everything he says.

Because he is refusing to train me on anything I'm teaching myself and changing how we do things around the office.

It's such a shame because otherwise this would be perfect for the six months I'm here.

You say there are 2 bosses. Is this boss also an owner of the company or is he just an employee, albeit senior one.
