I get horribly sore boobages twice a month for nearly a week each time. Premenstrually and whilst ovulating.
I can't do this for the rest of my life can I have your recommended lotions and potions please. I will literally try anything. GO!

I'm so pleased to have seen this thread I get awfully sore boobs too. Last month I noticed I was producing milk too, my gp was surprised how tender when I was when she examined me but said it was probably hormone induced.
I'm going to try the evening primrose and starflower to see if it helps.

I am peri menopausal and have merina coil. Very very sore boobs. Can't take any other type of contraception.

I started starflower oil and B6 recently as recommended somewhere and its made diddly squat difference. But, funny a pp noted the evening primrose oil played havoc with her periods, mine have been very heavy the past few months and now I'm wondering if the star flower is the culprit!

Might change to evening primrose, just in case that helps at all.
