To consider snowballing these children?

I’m home from work for the second day now working on my new house.

There’s 3 boys around 11-12 I would guess who’ve been throwing snowballs at cars passing-by. My road is busy side road with schools etc on. I’ve been watching for the last 10 mins as they’ve mainly aimed for women in their cars or on foot.

Yesterday I thought it was kids being kids but quickly changed my opinion after the 10th and 11th snowball.

If I knew where their parents live, I would knock the door. Reporting them has crossed my mind. Although I would like to give them a taste of their own medicine, I’m not sure I have the stamina.

Should I remain a ignorant bystander or do something?

Bucket of cold water out the window should do it Grin

Joke by the way...before anyone accuses me of child abuse

Why women? Do they think they're less likely to return fire?

LouiseH2017 · 12/12/2017 15:52

I’d film them, then pass it on to the local schools so their parents can take appropriate action.

Omg op you have just reminded me we have snowball makers in the shed!!

MyStomachHurts · 12/12/2017 16:06

Yes, throw water over them. But only fill the kettle half full to save on electric

You should report them. If they are growing the snow balls at cars it could cause an accident. Unlikely but still risky. If they are this badly behaved I doubt that their parents will do much to stop it.

Phone 101 and report them. Could be pretty dangerous if someone lust control of the car or the kids got in the way of a car.
