To wish I had been naughtier as a child?

I was a well behaved child who did what adults said. But sometimes I wish I had had more fun and been naughtier.

I know what you mean but I did get a little bit naughty once I reached about 17. No seriously awful stuff but I started skipping classes I thought were pointless (to my own absolute scandal! I would NEVER have dreamed of this any younger) and sneaking into pubs without ID, though my mum knew exactly where I was as I wouldn't have wanted her to worry :o I started smoking at 18 because I thought it was cool but also because I could buy them legally by then. Smoked a bit of weed. Still do vvv occasionally if I get the chance (we're talking once every few years). Took coke once, that scared me.

I think you're right though, it has made me a little bit more confident to do what suits me without necessarily worrying about rules at all times, and I learned to lie/bend the truth a little to benefit myself when necessary. I know 90% of the time nothing terrible will happen, but I do have my own morals that I'll follow and always have - I have never done anything which I thought would hurt or upset anyone else in the spirit of rebellion. That was part of only doing coke once as well - I thought about my mum finding out and it really bothered me, though mostly it was the fact I've got huge blanks in my memory from those two nights, which has never happened to me with alcohol.
