I'm rereading "Cringiest Wedding Behaviour" now.

There were about three in the saga of the CF horses. OP needed cheering up and we did her proud, lots of comical sidetracks. It was the poster most usually known as FuckYouChris, but she started with a different name.

OP went to wedding. Gave a cheque of (£100?) as a gift.

Bride had a bird because it wasn't enough.

OP totally stretched, and started a thread asking if ahe should just cancel the cheque.

Eleventy million MNers urged her to just Cancel The Cheque.
