I've been obese for over 10years.

3 kids and 1 divorce later and the NHS says today my BMI is overweight!!

I'm ridiculously pleased Grin Blush

Amazing! Have some calorie free Cake, that's brilliant. Every 10% of body weight you lose has a massive impact on your risk of diseases so you're doing so well :)

Congratulations! That’s an amazing achievement, you must feel amazing. Like the user above, I associate thinness with illness so I quite like my slightly porky self. A bit of chub keeps the wrinkles away and speaks of a life lived with gusto and only the occasional diet.

IceFall · 06/12/2017 08:04

That’s a great achievement, well done

Ah thank you! Abbey welcome to the overweight club, let's cheer!

purple stopped eating shit basically, which sounds very simple but in reality I was (am and will always be) an emotional eater, happy times = meals out, sad times = comfort food, bored = food, tired = food, you get the picture! Realising this, massive life changes and not looking at the long term helped. So each time I wanted a "snack" I decided against THAT snack, not a "I'm on a diet and can never snack again" that I could break as once you have a diet to break then you go full out binge until starting again on Monday Hmm

Lost as much as I can through diet changes now I think, so have started going to the gym once a week as that's what I have time for.

Refuse take each day and each lb as it comes or the trek seems too long. It's amazing what even half a stone can make you feel like.
