Been on ww lost 8lbs only 7lb more to go wanted to be at goal by Xmas- fallen off the wagon with Xmas nights and pizza and beer last few nights- I'm genuinely thinking sod it until after xmas now

Can you focus on non food Christmassy treats? New nail polish, haircut, party top, watching the skaters, Christmassy films, candles, wreathmaking, carols/Christmas music, Waitrose Ginger & Clementine bubble bath, all that stuff.

Or buy a bottle of really good sparkling wine and have one small glass every night - that's only 100 cals and feels very festive.

If you like wine you can try a low alcohol, low calorie one. There's some really nice fruity ones available. Thats all I drink now, mainly because I used to have a drink problem and I don't want it to get out of control again.

lljkk I'm not sure about that. Those last 7 pounds can be very hard to lose IME.

No, I wouldn’t. Wait till the weekend before Christmas and then have a few days off. You’ll feel better for it!
