I'm a member of a gym and a martial arts club however, since it got cold I just can't be arsed to do anything. It annoys me because I WANT to do these things but just can't bring myself to leave the house once I get in from work. For the past few weeks I've been to gym once. I'm normally there 4/5 times a week. Then I get depressed with myself for wasting time sat under a blanket at home dreaming about my "dream body". It's a vicious circle because the less I do, the more depressed I get then I'm even less inclined to go out!!!
Anyone else get winter laziness or do I need to pull myself together?
(P.s. I'm anaemic so REALY feel the cold)
