Anyone else find Mrs rabbit on pepper pig irritating?

I think they must of started to get bored when picking names for George, and gave it a fuck it that will do!

MN have made this a Discussion of the Day but with the title "Mummy Rabbit" when it's really about Miss Rabbit. Tut tut. Grin

LittleDorritt · 28/11/2017 21:56

And, yes, Dr Hamster and her torrrrrr-toy-s make me murderous.

Sancerresanwine · 28/11/2017 22:43

I love miss rabbit, already feeling emosh about when my children are going to be too old to watch it!!

gluteustothemaximus · 28/11/2017 22:47

Perhaps Daddy Pig went NC with his parents as they were narcissistic arseholes 😂

WishingOnABar · 28/11/2017 22:50

Mr Bull blatantly fancies Miss Rabbit Grin

CheerfulMuddler · 28/11/2017 22:55

I love Miss Rabbit too. I love her general optimism about life "Flying a hot air balloon? Why not? It can't be that hard!" I love her lack of anything remotely approximating common sense. And I love how great she is with all the kids despite clearly being perfectly happy never to have any of the little buggers herself. (How would she ever find the time?) She might be common as muck and clearly not that bright, but she's achieved far more in life than Mummy Pig, who can't even drive a car.

Shankarankalina · 28/11/2017 23:05

I like Miss Rabbit's can-do-ism. Isn't she a volunteer fire-fighter?

The actor also voices Nanny Plum.

yes, I wiki actors from kids shows, because Driver Dan's voice is very sexy and I needed to find a real-life version of him

ManchesterGin · 28/11/2017 23:07

Mummy pig can't drive?! I've never noticed this fact!

stopbeingadramallama · 28/11/2017 23:10

The whole of peppa pig does my head in. My boy loves it😩 Peppa is such a whiney brat😂

FizzyCherry · 29/11/2017 00:44

I thought we’d escaped the whole PP thing because DD was never interested, but DS is OBSESSED. However, my ploy to encourage Ben and Holly instead appears to be working, and Nanny Plum brightens our day....

Firstly, I SWEAR Mummy Pig can drive, I would put money on it if I had any.
Secondly, agree with previous posters that Daddy Pig must either be NC or an orphan. He grew up in the same town (is it a town?) because he went to Madame Gazelle’s when he was younger, and then went straight into his chosen career (architecture) because there is no educational level above nursery, which is probably why anyone else with a half decent job that requires training, vet, doctor, teacher, appears to be an incomer.
So where are they? He has a brother though.

mumisnotmyname · 29/11/2017 02:45

It has been several years since I have seen peppa sadly but I am sure I have seen episodes where mummy pig drives, although usually she likes to critise daddy pig. Yes, I think she drives the car back after daddy pig has to drag the giant Xmas tree back in one of the best episodes. I miss peppa and because I was so sleep deprived I think it burned onto my brain.

IsabelleSE19 · 29/11/2017 11:47

Mummy Pig can definitely drive, as this is when Daddy Pig fucks up the directions by holding the map upside down!

It is important to remember that he is amazing at lots of other things though e.g. drumming, diving, accordion-playing, painting (art not DIY), and ballet.

And I've never thought of Miss Rabbit as common! She just has a very distinctive voice.

I think the 'northern' Dr Hamster is the same actress who does Mummy Pig.
