AIBU to ask if any mumsnetters have had a vajacial?

I'm really considering having one. Are they really a thing? I've got horrid small bumps and spots and ingrown hairs "down there" so was wondering if this might be a solution?

Anyone?

Alas crunchtime my lady garden is entirely intended (it's better for the bees that way) and sadly the ingrowing hairs do attack on occasion.

paxillin · 26/11/2017 00:34

In that case it needs penacials. Hair is hair.

Maryz · 26/11/2017 00:49

This is what happens when everyone shaves/veets/waxes in places where those of us who are ancient old gimmers know there should be hair Grin

It's an altogether new variation of beard rash.

WTF is a vajacial?

PumpkinSquash · 26/11/2017 00:54

WTF is a vajacial?

Never heard of them either, but I'm taking a random guess it's a facial for somewhere a bit more South than your face Grin

C8H10N4O2 · 26/11/2017 00:55

Not if it identifies as a penis!

Looks down anxiously in case Owen waves back

oldlaundbooth · 26/11/2017 00:55

They scrub your fanny a bit.

paxillin · 26/11/2017 00:56

I imagine the following, C8H10N4O2: Take a well-groomed beautician. Give her a gynaecologist's chair and lots of tiny tubs of potions at £80 a pop. Hold your foof up high so she can cover it in potions. Pay a weekly wage. Be beautiful where the sun don't shine.

Probably doesn't help that I'm not a Spa person - I've never had a facial which magnifies the weird in my head!

SheGotBetteDavisEyes · 26/11/2017 00:57

Rub some coffee grounds in. Seriously - amazing stuff.

C8H10N4O2 · 26/11/2017 00:59

But, since I don't have a beautician budget that would come out of the Gin budget - is it truly worth it?

paxillin · 26/11/2017 01:00

Out of the booze budget Shock - no way.

I thought winter was the time when the wild minge grows? What's all this about getting it out?

mishfish · 02/12/2017 20:41

I’m surprised no one has asked if you mean a vulvacial yet 😂

TheChampagneGalop · 02/12/2017 20:52

Now what I really want to know if any Mumsnetters DH have tried some glueing some festive decorations to their bratwurst yet.

1MamaMia · 03/12/2017 08:33

I’ve not had one but there is this report with Huffington Post... www.huffingtonpost.ca/madelyn-chung/vajacial_b_6647724.html

Just when you thought you couldn't find anything else to waste money on....

AwkwardSquad · 03/12/2017 09:01

I find that sudocreme is the answer to most of life’s problems.

LazyDailyMailJournos · 03/12/2017 09:12

Ingrown hairs can attack even if you don't shave/wax/whatever. Some people are just more prone to them than others. Tend Skin is very good at sorting them.

alliburton · 03/12/2017 20:21

my father in law treated my mother in law to one, they were on holiday in Bangkok and he just thought she'd like it.She is 79. Since her return, she is a new woman, 'no more unsightly tufts and crust' for me she says.I'm having mine done next week, in time for the christmas rush.
