..because the Op decides it is too identifying, that she should think BEFORE she posts not 20 pages in.It's fu**ing annoying when people have become invested shared their experiences and advice, (which would also help other people in the future) just to decide to get it all wiped.
Fuckwits! Engage your brain include a few false details so it isn't identifying!

OP posts:

It seems to be when a majority of posters are disagreeing with them and they suddenly feel it's "outing".

This ^^

eddielizzard Eh? Must have missed that one...

BeautifulWintersMorning · 22/11/2017 09:25

The school thread was about bullying in a boarding school.

LeeksPotatoes · 22/11/2017 10:28

When he OP is proven 'in the right' and the thread contains really good advice for others in similar situation it does seem a shame.

paxillin · 22/11/2017 12:45

Domani, it wasn't a disabled person talking. It was a troll who had previously been banned from MN. They came back to troll again. So their thread had to go.

Domani · 22/11/2017 18:12

Oh I see, thanks paxillin

Pannacott · 22/11/2017 21:30

Oh I was just looking for the boarding school thread too. Can anyone give a quick update (no identifying info obvs)? Was the DD ok? How did the school respond? Thanks x x

Pannacott · 22/11/2017 21:30

Err sorry no need for kisses there Blush

dorislessingscat · 23/11/2017 07:36

No specifics on the boarding school thread but the OP was very happy about how the school was handling it.

Pannacott · 26/11/2017 08:35

* They live in a house in a street have a husband and a child and they think they'll be recognised*

But it's actually incredibly easy to recognise someone!! I once accidentally recognised a relative on here entirely based on the area of London they said they lived in and their posting style. Not even because of the subject of the post. Then I advanced searched because I'm nosey and read tons of stuff of theirs and it was definitely them.

So I think it's wise to assume you could be recognised and limit what you post based on that.

Or, change details such as number of DC & ages / where you live to reduce chances of being recognised.

^ that boarding school bullying thread has been on MN three times now, if it's the one I think it is.
