I have officially lost 6 stone today and I am no longer obese or overweight according to my BMI, I am a healthy weight
Now where’s that cream cake I bought to celebrate!

I feel bloody great stevie I’m not longer uncomfortable at looking in the mirror or walking into a room a feeing like everyone is looking because I’m so large.
I can now walk into a room and not need anyone’s approval because I now I look good (shit that sounds big headed ) and I’m confident in my own skin.
Sure I’ve still got wobbly bit and stretch marks but they’re smaller wobbly bits!
