To ask if anyone has worked at a port or loading dock?

If you have can you explain what a loading dock looks like and hoow things are put on trucks? Visually impaired and cant picture it. I wish i could visit a warehouse as my foundation course is in import export.

Its American not EU but will cover the core WTO stuff so will be useful.
Also a couple of years old so another source could be useful.

OP clearly has a screen reader that reads out our words to her.
Image tags are less descriptive, hence her asking for descriptions in a context she can relate to.
