Now he has been named....

The documentary An Open Secret showed both how widespread and organised abuse of teenage boys was in Hollywood, it's on YouTube, shocking, this above revelation doesn't surprise me at all.

Evening all. We had several threads crop up on this subject very quickly and we felt it was best to keep the discussion all in one place so we've directed everyone else here.

There were a lot of posts on one of the other threads, however, that would have to have been deleted anyway, so we just wanted to pop by with a reminder about that here.

We understand that this story is in the public domain now and being reported in the wider media but please do think carefully before posting about whether what you are saying could land you in trouble. We can't allow speculation about un-named parties to stand (or even heavy hinting) and if there's too much of it we'll have to pull this thread, too, so please do go steady.

With HQ's warning in mind, all I'll say is this won't come as a surprise to anyone in Hollywood as it's been an open secret for years.

The accused was apparently by no means the only one, and certainly not the most powerful one, involved however.

It's utterly heartbreaking. Not least because of how many powerful people knew about it and did fuck all.

Threads like this are precisely why it's so difficult to give some people a fair trial.
