Is the only thing that actually gets rid of them.

Really stings while you’re applying it but then, zero pain.

tablespoon of cider vinegar, 3 times daily, if it hursts like hell add a teaspoon of lemon to 1 teaspon of honey, hold under tongure for 60 seconds 4 times daily. Do it for 3 days, no relief, get it looked at.

Might be worth having your dentist/doctors checking them out if they're still there in a week.or so.

Used to get bad mouth ulcers- took probiotics and they never came back.

Corsodyl original sorts them right out. Do not use whiskey or deodorant or any of the other ridiculous suggestions above. See your dentist if they don’t go.

Nothing works. I've been getting these for 30 years to the point where I can't eat or talk. I've tried everything (minus the probiotics mentioned). The more expensive Bonjella that forms a film over ulcers offers minor relief but won't cure them.

I had this. Diagnosed with low iron. Heavy duty dose of iron from Dr. Sorted it out

Eludril (or some other chlorhexidine based mouthwash) works well.

Difflam mouthwash. Prescribed for people on chemo who get mouth ulcers but available over the counter from a pharmacy.

Same as PP, diagnosed with chronic anaemia. Worth looking beyond the surface and try to find out what’s actually causing them.
