7 week old dd has slept all night for the past week. She stays awake all day. She will not sleep on me or dh, won't go into her crib and cries if we put her down. The only time she will go to sleep is in the car and only when it is moving.
She in now lying on me watching corrie. I can't remember the last time I even had a cup of tea. It's impossible to get anything done and I'm knackered. She is also constantly hungry.
What am I doing wrong????
It's driving me insane

My 4.5 month old went through this stage - hardly napped and I didn't even get a good night's sleep as he woke every 2 hours for a feed day and night for the first 2 months. Have you got the wonder weeks app? Could be a developmental leap that's messing with sleep patterns? Also, keep trying things even if they didn't work the first time e.g. white noise did nothing when my DS was smaller but using it now and it helps him nap and sleep longer stretches at night. He also used to hate his car seat but will now nap in the car. Conversely, he used to like his buggy but now hates it so it goes both ways....! Anyway, if nappy output is good (try bicycle legs for the poos), you are having alert/happy times (which it sounds like you are) and she is gaining weight well then I wouldn't worry too much. It's probably a phase that will pass.

Oh, also get a bouncer with a vibration setting - DS loved this and was the only thing he would let me put him in during the day!
