To be worried I can't keep down water?

Oh great and helpful mumsnet, our household has been struck by the most horrific D&V imaginable. I've not even been able to keep water down since 3am, I'm 14 weeks pg and feeling quite weak, at what point do I start to get concerned? I know I'm flapping and I'll probably be fine in a couple of days but I feel so weak and drawn I want to make sure baby is ok!

I’d get medical advice as you are pregnant. But often cooled boiled water is easier to keep down for some reason. If you are dehydrated try adding a teaspoon of sugar and pinch of salt as well.
