Blue balls are caused when the man gets aroused but does not complete, it's something to do with blood vessels. Normally it can be cured just by ejaculation. It's not an excuse to make somebody have sex. I don't think it would happen just from one time either. It was because he got aroused several times and didn't ejaculate at all.
