Tell me I cooked the lasagne

For context DH is an extreme faffer. Especially at dinner time - he will faff making drinks or agonising over which cutlery or condiments to bring to the extent that our baby is sometimes too tired to eat by the time DH actually sits down (now I just feed baby while DH takes 1000000 years to get a drink).
This eve I cba making dinner so pulled a lasagne (I'd made and part cooked a few weeks ago) out of the freezer and left it to defrost for a few hours before putting it in hot oven. It was in there for 45 mins - 40 at least. I'm sure. I checked oven was hot before I put it in and I'm sure it was in there for 40 mins at least.
Took dinner to table. DH faffed for a while getting drinks and the "right number" of olives Hmm. When he came to the table and we started eating both noticed the lasagne was kind of cold- warm but not piping hot. I'm currently pregnant and had one of those days with 1 year old today (you know where you put the milk in the cupboard and try to open the front door with your contactless bank card? No, just me?) so the thought the I may have not turned the heat on crossed my mind. Baby ate the lasagne too and has been really unsettled this eve. I feel like I'm about to throw up every where. Could just be the thought of it not being cooked making me feel sick ( plus I'm still in the sicky stage of pregnancy)?
I know I cooked it. I know I cooked it.
Would it BU to stay up all night puking preemptively? Bork.

I do the ouch knife test too!

Next time, OP, don't part-cook it in the oven and then freeze it. I don't understand what you were aiming to do there? Beef lasagne is probably OK, but you could make yourself really ill if you part cook, freeze, not quite thaw and then under-cook other food
