To ask for your biggest regret?

Mine is not going to university.

Kind of for the education, though I have an amazing job that I love now, but mostly the experience.

Anything you wish you had done but didn't or anything you did do and wish you didn't?!

Not being with my mother when she died.

Not continuing to see the psychiatrist that I had been referred to for dehabilitating anxiety at age 20. I went for one session. He started asking questions about my family which I found upsetting. I decided not to go again.

I might have been able to see the effect my abusive childhood had on my self esteem and how I viewed myself. I might have cut my family out of my life 20 years earlier and my children would never have known them and been called the same names that I was . I might have grown to realise that I was worth something and achieved much more than I have.
