I actually think her make up is ace, she knows her best feature and how to accentuate it, why fix what isn't broken?
I know make up has moved on miles since 'I were a lass' but wasn't the rule heavy eyes or lips? So she's adhering to this.

I think that’s a trait to be admired.

I think CW has a very distinct look for telly so that when she is off work she can change it, go out with her children and not be recognised.

I guess some people think make up is for looking pretty for men and others think it's for creating a look for yourself, and Claudia is on the "it's my look" side. I wish I was further over her way.

I'm a woman and I don't wear make up. So I say leave her alone, she can wear whatever she bloody likes, she doesn't "need" to wear lipstick at all, or if she does she should be able to wear whatever she likes without someone moaning about it.

I love Claudia. I love that she doesn’t give a flying fuck about whether people like ‘her look’. She refuses to conform to a perceived ‘standard’.

If I had daughters this is a trait I’d encourage, as it is I have DSs and I’m raising them to realise people don’t need to ‘fit into boxes’ - do your own thing.

I do prefer her more natural.

My friends and I often discuss the male celebrities and more often the professional dancers, who is hot and who is not.
Sure part of strictly is about the 'look' which has been created with clothes and make up. Sometimes the transformation is amazing just remembering when Anne Widdercombe look amazingly pretty?

Claudia definitely looks better with pale lips. I think she's read this thread and is just proving that point tonight.

That second photo looks a bit like a mugshot after a particularly wild night .

But in the first one she looks just fine, the 60s looks is back in anyway.

I have no idea who she is as I don't have a TV so can only comment on her looks.

Actually I wondered if her eye makeup smudges so much as she has an eye condition, mine water a lot.
