Or it feels that way. Went to Boots pharmacy and he tried to help me, suggested I try rescue remedy. I am with ny flatmates . Can't settle. Just keep seeing worsr case scenario. Flatmate says I am safe and she will help me. Its coming in waves of horrible anxiety

What normally helps?
Worst case of what? Aren't you safe?

I am, my mind just sees minor issues or picks up on bodily sensations and I make kt into something far worse and panic.

What normally helps? Distraction? Exercise?

Okay, as silly as it sounds find a calm, quite (as possible) area to sit and go some huge deep breaths. 7 seconds in, hold for a couple of seconds and 11 seconds out.
Concentrate on the breathing, close you eyes if you have to.

I have panic attacks, weekly as firs DD1 and we bid this helps take the edge off.

You’ve come s huge way already by understanding that it is a panic attack.

Talk on here if it helps xx

I would recommend going for a walk with your friend. Avoid busy places like town centres. Try and find a park, canal, countryside? Sitting around just makes things worse imo. If you're walking it's less likely you'll notice the physical symptoms as much.

Camomile tea is calming and would also highly recommend a magnesium supplement.

Avoid caffeine, alcohol or drugs!
