Yes, I am totally BU but I’m really desperate.

I’m fending of a cold, I’m stressed with work and have a big event coming up in front of about 2000 people so naturally it’s shown up.

I’ve applied surgical spirit, I’ve got an light zapper thing, and I’ve got l-lysine tablets.

What else can I do? Please?!

Zovirax - only thing that works for me (acyclovir). Keep applying throughout the day - it is magic.

Lysine from health food shop and take regularly to prevent cold sores. Propolis ointment helps too.
