I found putting the duvet over Dh head used to work- think roused him enough to STF up long enough for me to get to sleep.

My DH used to tell me to take sleeping pills so I'll sleep through it has your DH been to the doctor at all? They gave my DH a nasal spray that has worked wonders, he still snores slightly if he's lying on his back but nowhere near as bad.

I didn't sleep too badly in the end. I have no fucking clue how he can sleep through the noise he makes. Even if I go downstairs, shutting all doors on the way, you can still hear him.

It's his quiet indignation that really gets me. If he'd at least TRY and do something, maybe if HE spent ages on amazon trying to find something to help, I'd have more sympathy.
