To go to Tesco instead of Aldi

We would most likely save a lot more money if we shopped at Aldi, however, Tesco is extremely close to our house and Aldi is a longer car drive and there are no other shops in our city except for an expensive Waitrose and Sainsbury's on the outskirts

I don't think Aldi actually works out much cheaper than Tesco especially if you make good use of Tesco own brand products and special offers. I tried shopping at Aldi instead of Tesco but the choice is just so limited I was bored after a month.

Yes.

You know your finances better than anyone here, OP.

But the suggestion above of doing a main monthly shop in Aldi and top up shops at Tesco sounds sensible.

Incidentally, the customer service in my local Tesco's is fine.

Why are you asking MN?

Serious question.
