Need MIL Advice!

My MIL and BIL are coming to visit - they live in another country. Should I feel concerned about what they'd think of my stuff? Like I'm buying so much etc

I have shoes in boxes in sight. Should I throw away the boxes and keep them in a non-descript box?

If you're wortying about it, maybe you do have too many shoes?

But really, unless the stuff you have too much of is drugs or weapons, I don't think they'll be bothered.

Write on the side of the shoe boxes:

DRUGS
WEAPONS
BUTTONS
BLUEPRINTS
CLASSIFIED
SPARE BULBS
PUTIN/TRUMP ETC.
BABY TEETH

Just an update: I think I have successfully hid them from view by putting cartons of stuff in front of them!

It's a tiny flat -- hopefully they won't notice!

I don't want my MIL to think I'm spending too much money on shoes. I don't think that's weird.

But how many, approximately, boxes of shoes do you actually have? Over 20? Over 50??! and are they in their boxes pristine because you buy them and don't wear them?

Just a suggestion... perhaps you ARE spending too much money on shoes?

It will never end....if dc come along you will get commented about them having 'more than they need'
