Recently moved into a new rented property which are a block of apartments with car parking underneath some (hard to explain)

Finished having my bath and there was a knock on the door from our neighbour notifying me there was a leak which must be coming from my bathroom which has caused a lot of water to be dripped into the back of her car which was parked (with the roof down) in the car park.

She has asked me if I would mind getting rid of the water that has dripped all over her backseats.

First off. I have only lived here a week and wouldn't have a clue about a leak, I do not own this property and have called the estate agent to let them know, but did decline to clear up the water.

Your neighbour is being ridiculous. Where the leak is coming from is not your fault or responsibility. They can call the landlord.

Yanbu. Your neighborhood our has immediately lept in with cheeky fuckeritis. Inform your letting agents/landlord and ignore the outlandish requests.

Tell her to contact your landlord/letting agency about getting her car valeted.

Tell her to park elsewhere/with the roof up until the landlord has checked out the supposed 'leak'

I may have come from your flat, I may not have. It's for the letting agent to deal with as others have said - just pass on their details, they'll soon get fed up of her whinging and you get your leak fixed quicker ;)
