I have received an empty signed for envelope

Sorry not aibu but I am very paranoid and need suggestions on what this might be.

It's a brown envelope with staples stamp on the back. It is signed for today at 9.44am not by me because I wasn't in but it says it was me. The signature is a scribble.

Opened the envelope nothing in it.

Addressed my full name and address on a printed label and paid for postage

Haven't brought anything of eBay and my Amazon is in a different name to mine. Haven't ordered from any other companies.

Do you think this is someone trying to find if I still live here?

I was doing a swap with a guy on a darts group on Facebook , he received his darts ok from me, I received the signed for brown envelope from him today but nothing in the envelope, completely empty?

Does it have a tracking number. You could go into royal mail tracking enter the number and it should show delivered with date and signature. Underneath that you'll see tracking history click on that and you should be able to find out where it was posted which might give you an inkling of where it came from
