To think a head of HR...

... should not be sat on a packed train saying "I'm the head of Hr though! I can't enforce this, I can enforce that!" After spending an hour bitching about every single member of staff LOUDLY.

Talking about refusing annual leave coz "she thinks it's bullshit that Donnas mum is ill". And other total crap that is really good to women like "well yes she's your classic style bitch but I get on with her ok". To her little mate her also works there and just jokingly asked for a pay rise.

Mainly because she is doing my nut in and the poor bloke trapped next to her looks about ready to scream.

Utterly unprofessional (and as a HR professional I'd be telling her so).

loaferloveforyou · 07/09/2017 10:12

How annoying, wouldn't want her to be in my HR. How does she know someone hasn't recognised her and knows who Donna is (or the others)?

rizlett · 07/09/2017 10:16

Tap her gently on the shoulder and explain you're Donna's sister.

SilverdaleGlen · 07/09/2017 10:17

Ahaha ha I really want to do that Rizlett!

Colossally unprofessional. Actually now wondering if she's the Head of HR from my previous job, she used to carry on like this all the time...

Sounds like my boss from a couple years ago. You'd think to be head of HR you should at least be a decent and fair human! That's basic!

2014newme · 07/09/2017 16:13

Unprofessional
I work in HR.
However if she's involved in low level crap like authorising holidays she's obviously in a very junior role in an old school personnel type function.
