She has been awful with behaviour this week (see my other thread in parenting)

Last night she woke at 12 until 3am

I'm at the end of my feather she always naps around lunch for an hour

Today I'm thinking of not letting her, I need her to be asleep tonight

Husband is ambulance driver and so far he has done 3 16 hour shifts starting at 6am and not finishing until 10pm and so he isn't getting home until 11pm and up again at 4. He is exhausted and last night he got 2 hours sleep the rest was completely broken.

Would it work with holding nap today or am I just making it worse

Is no one else shocked that our ambulance drivers are doing 3x 16 hours shifts? That sounds ridiculous and dangerous.

How much fresh air is she getting ?? I had one of these and would aim to be out by 12 at the very latest each day, packed lunch would be chucked in the buggy then park / woods / beach would be explored for hours.

It honestly works, I think so many kids just arent using energy up these days as they go everywhere by car and playtime is so structured, a 'change of air' is.so underated but usually so beneficial.

Skint - she goes toddler group on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings home nap and out for a wander in afternoon and Tuesday always, zoo or farm

So loads of air and activities

Wishful - my husband is exhausted and his words last night let's hope I don't have to perform CPR for any length of time tomorrow . It's disgusting but that's a whole different thread . (He is relief so has no base, therefore here there and everywhere At different times )
