To think about reporting DPD driver?

This morning I was tailgated and then overtaken by a DUP van whilst driving through a village on the way into town. I was going 30 miles an hour. The driver didn't get far and then they did the same to someone else. It was ahead of me going into town and then I saw it drive through two red lights. One was v brazen, as it had stopped at the light, got fed up of waiting and the drove through.
Would you report? (I hate tailgating) or would you think driver was under pressure (not sure how they get paid). Is it petty to report?

These companies don't give a fuck about how nasty their drivers are or aren't - even the ones with numbers for feedback.
We don't seem to have anyone Policing the roads these days due to people voting for austerity all the time.
