To complain to the cleaner?

I kind of think this needs addressing, but not sure of the best way or what to say.

We had a new cleaner come for the first time today - 4 hours for a deep clean. Not overly impressed with her work, but hey ho. However, she's obviously spilt something on the wooden floor. She's not left me a note (except her bank details to transfer her money, which I haven't yet done). There are 3 areas that clearly show it (see pics).

How would you deal with it?

For the marks you might want to try this: an iron on a low heat (no steam) - heat low enough that you can put your hand on the soleplate for 20 seconds before you need to remove it. Put a folded cotton cloth - I used a pillowcase - over the mark and sit the iron on top. Leave it and check every so often that the iron is still on and whether the mark is shifting. It can take a long time to draw the moisture out - there will be moisture as well as whatever has been in the water - but it does work.

I've also managed to use oil to recolour - just need an oil that cures? Could be worth a go, possibly. Can't remember if it's linseed or tongue or something else though I'm afraid.

How frustrating the whole situation is. You probably won't ever know exactly what happened, when people lie right from the off, it makes everything so difficult.

Ah well, you are being very balanced and rational, given the circs!
