Should DS go to hospital?

I don't think he should but just in case I'm dreadfully wrong

ExDH took him to fair. He bumped head on a ride

Began complaining of noise soon after. Out of character.

Then he had a nosebleed. He gets them from time to time but his father called worried

He's acting normal. This means just watch him right?

I'd honestly call 111 if I really thought I needed to but just for reassurance I'm not being lacksadaisical?

Complaining that it was noisy at the fair or complaining he could hear noises (i.e. His ears were ringing?)

Too noisy there. Unusual for him but it was a hot day and he'd been there a while plus likely embarrassed at exDH shouting at woman who caused it and felt uncomfortable without knowing how to say that to his dad

99% of the time head injuries will be sent home with the advice of what to watch out for

Of course you should seek medical advice just in case it's part of the 1% that do need further attention

But you've done that by calling 111 so it's very much reasonable to follow their advice and watch him, give calpol if he complains of pain, and take him to A&E if he develops any worrying symptoms

On my third or fourth trip with DS for a bumped head (he'd complained of feeling sick, so it seemed sensible), I asked the A&E dr what he would find concerning. 'Well, if they've had two or more separate bouts of vomiting, then we'd be worried,' said the lovely dr.
Since then, I've been less anxious.
Although, typically, DS has not actually banged his head since then, after doing it at least once a month for ages.

I think it's not so worrying- him finding it noisy could have been anything.

Nose bleeds if common to him might not be connected either, but if you haven't already, you should probably see a GP about regular nosebleeds.
